Application Managed Services Lead

As IT Application Managed Services Lead, you own the service portfolio of Application Managed Services and act as the bridge between business demand and external providers. You shape governance, drive operational excellence, and ensure availability, performance, and security across IT business services. You will manage contracts, SLAs, and cost optimization, while leading a cross-functional team to deliver a scalable SIAM-driven service landscape. This role offers impact through strategic roadmaps and continuous service improvements in a multi-vendor environment.

• Lead ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and manage the full service portfolio lifecycle
• Own and govern managed service contracts, conduct QBRs, and supervise external service managers
• Optimize licenses, control budgets, and implement cost-saving improvements
• Serve as central point of contact for service provider, align with Value Streams/Domains, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Develop long-term service roadmaps using operational data to drive SOP improvements
• Lead Delivery Management competence center and act as people leader for run teams

• Senior IT Leadership: 10+ years in IT/business roles with 5–7 years in senior service/delivery management
• Experience managing external IT service provider contracts and vendor relationships
• Experience with risk and control frameworks (e.g., SoX, COBIT) and ITIL Service Management processes
